His professional journey began in the startup ecosystem, where he had the opportunity to co-found Loyalty Lab, a platform centered around customer analytics and CRM marketing. During this phase, Ed was able to enhance his skills in API middleware, database, and analytics code, while also managing a diverse product development team.
